ไทยพีบีเอส ได้จัดทำนโยบายคุ้มครองสิทธิส่วนบุคคล เพื่อคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการทุกท่าน ที่ติดต่อเข้ามายังเว็บไซต์ www.vipa.me ทุกท่านจึงมั่นใจได้ว่า ข้อมูลที่ติดต่อมายังเว็บไซต์เราทั้งหมด จะไม่ถูกเผยแพร่สู่ภายนอกโดยเด็ดขาด

ขอบเขตของนโยบาย

นโยบายฉบับนี้ครอบคลุมถึงการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของไทยพีบีเอสต่อข้อมูลส่วนตัวที่ได้รับหรือจัดเก็บ อันสืบเนื่องมาจากการที่ท่านเข้าเยี่ยมชมหรือใช้บริการเว็บไซต์นี้ ซึ่งจะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านในกรณีที่สมัครสมาชิก ได้แก่ ชื่อ-สกุล (Name) อายุ (Age) เพศ (Gender) ที่อยู่ (Address) หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ (Telephone Number) หรือ อีเมล์ (Email Address) เป็นต้น ซึ่งมิใช่ข้อมูลที่โดยปกติสาธารณชนจะทราบได้

การเปิดใช้งาน, การแลกเปลี่ยน และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนตัว

บุคคลที่มีสิทธิ์ทราบและใช้ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่าน ต้องเป็นพนักงานของไทยพีบีเอสที่มีอำนาจหน้าที่ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเรื่องที่ท่านขอให้ดำเนินการเท่านั้น การแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลดังกล่าวกับพนักงานไทยพีบีเอสอื่น จะถูกจำกัดให้กระทำได้เฉพาะกรณีที่มีความจำเป็น เพื่อให้การดำเนินการตามคำขอของท่านบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์เท่านั้น ไทยพีบีเอสจะไม่นำข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านไปจำหน่ายให้แก่บุคคลที่สาม หรือนำไปแลกเปลี่ยน หรือเปิดเผยต่อบุคคลอื่นใด ยกเว้นในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้

ท่านได้ร้องขอและให้ความยินยอมแก่ไทยพีบีเอส ในการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนตัว
การเปิดเผยเป็นหน้าที่ที่กำหนดตามกฎหมาย ตามข้อกำหนดของข้อตกลงของไทยพีบีเอส

ไทยพีบีเอสอาจทำความตกลง และ/หรือ มีข้อตกลงกับบุคคลภายนอกในการที่จะพัฒนาหรือบำรุงรักษาระบบธุรกรรมของไทยพีบีเอส และการจัดสรรปัจจัยสำคัญหรือบริการในนามของไทยพีบีเอส ซึ่งบุคคลภายนอกที่เข้ามาดำเนินงานให้กับไทยพีบีเอส หรือเข้ามาดำเนินการในนามของไทยพีบีเอสนั้น จะต้องตกลงที่จะรักษาข้อมูลผู้ใช้บริการของไทยพีบีเอส ไว้เป็นความลับด้วยเช่นกัน อีกทั้งยังต้องผูกพันต่อกฎหมายที่มีผลใช้บังคับด้วย เมื่อใดก็ตามที่ไทยพีบีเอสจะว่าจ้างนิติบุคคลอื่นใด เข้ามาให้การสนับสนุนการบริการของไทยพีบีเอส นิติบุคคลเหล่านั้น จะต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการรักษาข้อมูลเป็นความลับของไทยพีบีเอสด้วยเช่นกัน

การขอลบ หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงสถานะข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ท่านสามารถขอให้ลบหรือทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านกลายเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่ระบุตัวบุคคล ได้โดยสามารถติดต่อเรา

การเข้าเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์

ไทยพีบีเอสสามารถดำเนินการปรับปรุงเว็บไซต์ของไทยพีบีเอสได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งไทยพีบีเอสอาจจะใช้อุปกรณ์ Hardware หรือ software เพื่อการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลพฤติกรรมการสืบค้นข้อมูล ของผู้ที่เข้ามาเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์ของไทยพีบีเอสได้ ทั้งนี้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการปรับปรุงเว็บไซต์ให้เข้าถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ซึ่งข้อมูลดังกล่าวจะเป็นการรวบรวมข้อมูลในด้าน วันและเวลาในการเข้าเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์ การดูหน้าเว็บเพจต่างๆ เวลาที่ใช้ในการเยี่ยมชม ประเภทของการสืบค้น ผู้ให้บริการอินเตอร์เน็ต และการเข้าเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์ต่างๆ ทั้งก่อนและหลังการเข้าชมเว็บไซต์ของไทยพีบีเอส

ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย

ไทยพีบีเอสจะรักษามาตรฐานในการรักษาความปลอดภัย เพื่อป้องกันข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านโดยเคร่งครัด ทั้งนี้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการปกป้อง ป้องกันความเสียหาย และ/หรือการเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนตัวของท่านโดยบุคคลที่ไม่มีอำนาจ

ข้อยกเว้นความรับผิดที่ผู้ใช้บริการควรทราบ

การใช้คุกกี้ (Cookies)

คุกกี้ หมายถึง ข้อมูลที่ได้ส่งจากเว็บไซต์ไปยังเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ (Browser) ของผู้เข้าเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์ ในขณะที่กำลังเข้าเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์ของไทยพีบีเอส
